IFS is a therapy modality that views the mind as a system of distinct "parts" called and led by a core "Self" which is your natural source of calm, curiosity, and compassion. The goal of IFS is to help the client connect with Self and build positive Self to part relationships thus bringing greater inner balance.
IFS Level One training is the Internal Family System Institute's foundational course, It equips practitioners with skills to apply the model. IFS-informed coaching promotes self-awareness and helps resolve internal conflicts in support of the client living into their vision. This often includes internal as well as external work
Pisgah Coaching Institute's methodology helps people get clear on a bold vision for their life and supports them as they live it out. PCI is IFS-informed and works with the whole person to align all parts to support living into a vision. Developed and founded by Brian Jaudon, the PCI methodology integrates Brian's Five Stages of Gift Development and Mapping Your Internal Influences in a comprehensive program for teaching and mentoring coaches who are ready to live into their vision.

The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) supports children in the foster care system by getting to know them and advocating for their best interests throughout court proceedings. They collaborate with families, social workers, and legal professionals to gather insights and make recommendations to the judge overseeing the case, helping ensure each child’s voice is heard and their needs are prioritized.
Dedicated to helping others grow and build healthier relationships both internally and externally, Diane has a decade of experience facilitating groups. These have focused on overcoming challenges, understanding trauma, recovery, and improving connection. Diane draws on facilitator training from Mending the Soul, Compassion Washington, and the Gottman 7 Principles (and others) to guide her work.
