Distill Your Vision

Diane Dimond Integration Coach

My coaching blends impactful strategies with a client-centered focus that was developed through years of dedicated service in the nonprofit sector. This experience instilled in me a profound understanding of tenacity and the power of human connection. Having personally navigated significant life transitions, including loss, new beginnings, and health challenges, I bring a unique blend of resilience and insight, further informed by an understanding of the impact of legacy influences and recovery processes.
I work with individuals at a pivotal point in their professional growth or those navigating transitions or challenging life experiences. This can include things such as betrayal, grief, wellness, and more. My coaching focuses on helping clients clarify a vision, establish a solid foundation, and implement a framework of support as they live it out. There is no vision too big or too small.
As a trauma-informed Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 Practitioner and co-instructor for Pisgah Coaching Institute, I bring a depth of training to my practice. I currently reside in Anchorage, Alaska, with my partner Norm. Outside of coaching, I enjoy planning my next travel adventure, spending time with loved ones, a challenging Pilates class, and the peaceful zen of getting lost in a book.

Guiding Principles
Adapted from Pisgah Coaching Institute
-
The client’s vision serves as the anchor point and context for all coaching.
-
The client's innate wisdom is the guiding force in the coaching experience and is valued above any external inputs or protocols.
-
Coaching requires the client's consent at every stage and within each session, and client feedback shapes the journey.
-
Coaching operates with complete acceptance of the client's whole self, treating all aspects with respect and recognizing their potential. It ensures no part is ever bypassed, shamed, or undermined.
-
The focus of coaching is whole-system alignment toward goals, engaging all parts of the client rather than focusing on those already dedicated to the desired outcomes.
-
The coaching approach is integrative, drawing on cognitive, emotional, somatic, and spiritual dimensions.
-
At the core, clients are learning to develop Self-leadership, with Self being the seat of consciousness possessing qualities like calm, curiosity, and has inherent healing qualities.
-
Coaching embraces the client's full history while illuminating their path toward their desired future.
